FOLLOW UP: NISSAN SELECTS NEW CEO AND COO
Nissan has now appointed a new CEO and President, Makoto Uchida, who was the head of the China operations. Also, there is a new COO, Ashwani Gupta, who returns from Mitsubishi. Carlos Ghosn is getting his body back into shape, following the weight loss after 129 days of incarsiration, we have learnt following an interview with his Wife, Carole Ghosn. NEW CAR REGISTRATION FIGURES SEPTEMBER 2019
September 2019 saw a slight rise, of 1.3% compared with 2018, in registrations, although it has to be remembered that last year September was particularly dreadful. Also, worth noting, reports state that nearly 95,000 registrations occurred in the last three days. The chap’s cynicism radar was pinging loudly over this information. VOLVO AND GEELY CREATE CENTRAL ENGINE DIVISION
