LOTUS CARS TO BE BUILT IN CHINA

LEVC GETS EX-AUDI EXEC AS NEW CEO

KIA HAS SOLD 1 MILLION CARS IN BRITAIN

MORE NO-DEAL BREXIT WARNINGS
Motorists are being warned that they may need to have a Green Card, for proof of insurance when driving in Europe, if a No-deal Brexit takes place.
Added to this Europe living ex-pat drivers have been warned they may well need to take new driving test. This will happen if they do not exchange their UK driving license for a local EU driving license before 29 March.
WORKPLACE PARKING LEVY WORRY
Following Nottingham City Council’s move to implement the ‘Workplace Parking Levy’ (WPL), a further 10 local councils are considering following suit. Businesses with at least 11 spaces are charged £415 per year per space. To read more click the Motoring Research article here.

WRC MONTE CARLO
The 2019 WRC season kicks off at the Monte Carlo event. There has been plenty of changes in driver and management line ups, during the brief off season, with movement between the teams and into the WRC2 support series. Probably the biggest news is Ogier moving to Citroën. With the boss of the outfit saying they “must win” now that he is on board!
